Hi. I woke up this morning w/ a shooting pain in my leg (hip area) & I believe it's sciatica. I've had this before thanks to my little blessings (my children) who leaned on my sciatic nerve during my 2 pregnancies. This comes & goes. I looked online & saw there cld b a connection between IBS-C (which I hv) & sciatica. Is this true? I want to start exercising again, but w/ this pain it's just not possible.
