vitamins?

Can anyone recommend a vitamin that doesn't upset an IBS tummy? My daughter's diet is sadly difficient in fruit and veggies and I'm sure she's not getting all the nutrients she needs (mostly a rice based diet; bland, and lots of soluable fiber). We've tried most of the major brands and even the Nano LifePack (supposedly one of the high end brands) but most of the ones we've tried have led to nausea and pain/bloating. Anybody have any ideas? Thanks!

Sorry about your daughter. Sounds like she and I eat nearly exactly the same way, and have similar intolerances. Everyone is different (so what works for me--may not work for your daughter), but I take liquid vitamins with a meal. The brand that I use is "miracle 2000". I hope that helps, or that you are able to find something really good that works for her. God bless...
