Bike riding???

I have started to ride my bike in the morning instead of walking. Does bike riding help the IBS constipation at all? It's so much more fun than walking.

Not sure why no one replied except that, like me, people don't check the board as often as they should. As far as bike riding, I think any exercise will help with elimination and regulation. I love riding my bike. The only thing is that bike riding tends to focus on thighs a lot and regular aerobic exercise is best.

I do ride my bike. I don't ride it as often as I would like but it never gives me any trouble. I do a weight workout and cardiovascular workout daily and I think it helps.

I love riding my bike and I think it helps a lot. I also prefer it over walking or running. It's my favorite cardio exercise and it has also helped with my weight loss too.
