Guess who wants peanut butter! And guess who's not having it! Guess who just ate six mini dill pickles, though. Me!
Fine day other than the fact that I worked until about 10, and then went around futilely looking for cat food, so I got home too late and too tired to cook my planned cauliflower. Soy crisps and pickles instead. There was pumpkin pie at my late work meeting, which I completely passed on (aside from a tiny taste of filling that was stuck to the knife). Easier passing since it was from a box and not homemade, but still proud of myself.
1 T peanut butter small piece dark chocolate 3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk 1/2 c lactaid cottage cheese 1 banana 2 T canned pineapple 1 T + 1 t unsweetened reduced fat shredded coconut
10 almonds
2 hardboiled eggs carrot sticks & red pepper slices maple cinnamon flax crackers
roasted butternut squash collard greens and tempeh in barbecue sauce
5 walnut halves
barbecue soy crisps 6 mini dill pickles 1/2 c lactaid cottage cheese (I could've done with just half a serving of soy crisps, and half as many pickles. Choosing pickles over peanut butter is just half the battle - not snacking in order to relax when I get home late is still an important piece.)
Walked 20 minutes each way to a dr's appointment today. Yay New York City.

Gym: OFF (made up for it at bedtime)
The apt was not ready last night..... so we will start tonight. That is ok, we got most of the bathroom done and all the stuff on the TV stand..... so, the night was not wasted. I just wish I had time I could take off from work and just "getter done".... but, it is what it is.....right?!
