Hi; anyone out there ever try an exercise ball. I'm sitting on one right now; trying to stay balanced as I type. Little tricky if you don't move suddenly! Sat on it yesterday and today my tush muscles feel a little sore. Tomorrow going to try a few exercises. Let me know if anyone has tried one!! Sue

My husband uses one for his back exercises (he has had back surgery in the past), and it's very therapeutic. I've heard of people using them instead of desk chairs, and I've always thought that was an interesting idea.

I work for a fitness company and several of my co-workers sit on exercise balls rather than chairs at their desks.

I've used them for crunches and other ab exercises before, as well as stretching out my back.
