foods:
organic puffed kamut w/soymilk
organic vanilla coffee w/soymilk
green salad w/garb.beans, fakin bacon & vegan caeser dressing
water + 1 TBSP/acacia
1 mini choco(vegan)cookie
"cream" of 3 bean/pasta soup
organic round crackers
green salad w/vegan caeser
peppermint tea w/1 TBSP acacia

other:
work @ vicki secrets for 6 hours/15 minutes
had school-parking lot-walking?? can that count?

goal:
i want to start some simple exercises.

Acacia - 4oz Celestial Seasonings Zingers To Go Herb Tea, Wild Berry Chill w/3 teaspoons Acacia

Breakfast - bowl of cereal w/vanilla rice milk & water

Lunch - 1 small French rolls, small (like 6oz) bowl vegitarian lentil soup, 1 UFO cookie & water

Acacia - 4oz Celestial Seasonings Zingers To Go Herb Tea, Wild Berry Chill w/3 teaspoons Acacia

Dinner - toasted english muffin, "Shrimp and Angel Hair Pasta" Lean Cuisine (Shrimp and angel hair pasta in a creamy seafood sauce with accents of sherry, tossed with red peppers) not safe for everyone, but I did fine with it & water

Snacks - snack size bag UFO + altoids before and while at the gym

Exercise - 20 mins walking around a city block 5 times...starting with downhill and finishing with uphill....so that means going up that hill 5 times!! burned 192 calories THEN had a 60 min session with my trainer.... in the middle of that session, she decided to have me speed walk that 1st hill (training for 1/2 marathon that I'm walking in Nov)... down and then back up 4 times... *note: on the 3rd time up the hill... I RAN 3/4 of it...wwwooohhhoooo I've not RUN in YEARS...I was so excited.... I burned another 402 calories for a total of 594!!

UFO = Unidentified Food Object (meaning not IBS safe for everyone, maybe even including myself, so I don't explain what it so that others THINK it is safe)
