Thanks to everyone who posts on this board and to those that reply.... I have been so busy lately...even busier then before (can you believe that)? I don't even log onto the computer once I FINALLY get home in the evenings.... just not enough hours in the day.... I'm saving those at home for Shane!! WE are bike riding before or after dinner... depending if I'm at the gym or not....sometimes that is after 9pm.... and then going to bed shortly after that. We are out of town 3 out of 4 weekends this month... so I don't really plan on being around much.... I will start the daily threads and read them when I can.... you guys keep lookin out for each other and keep up the great work...your all wonderful....

Thanks Shell, if you need someone to input the days when you are away let me know, as I am up earlier than everyone else thanks to time difference!

Good luck with the 12k, I have my first ever 10k in four weeks and am terrified because my competitive side really wants to run most of some of it but I know that that's not realistic with the time frame involves.

Have a fun weekend and let us know how it goes.

Shell, I envy your motivation--biking on top of everything else! Wow! How I hate exercise, I regret--I know it would be good for me. I despise the light of day, even. I'm seriously considering some indoor toys--nothing major, maybe a treadmill. I heard that a little activity is good for sleep deprivation and one's "humour"/disposition/attitude. Hmmm...I do have a birthday next month and haven't a clue what to request as a gift.

for sure....request one for your bday...hopefully that will make you feel better... it is GREAT for getting better sleep and just having a better outlook on life altogether...at least for me... I go crazy if I can't find time to get my workout in... even if just for 20 mins a day is my saving grace!!
