Just a quick question, figure someone on here can be far more reasonable that I can...

I don't have a scale anymore, and the only place I can weight myself by necessity involves being fully dressed (and not early in the morning, before breakfast, when I used to weigh myself, naked).

It's not that I care *that* much how much I weigh (or that's what I tell myself that at least) and now I can use this to see how my weight is changing, which is the point anyway. I was just hoping someone knew a reasonable amount to subtract off, to have an initial comparison to my "pre-breakfast naked weight".

I mean, I was wearing blue jeans, shirt, jacket (not coat), socks (not shoes), belt, etc. So, I know to have a fair general comparison, I should definitely subtract some, but I'm afraid that I'm just picking the amount, based on what I want the answer to be.

Anyone have a reasonable estimate/ rule of thumb?

Depending on what I'm wearing and what I eat in the morning... new

the difference can be as much as 4 or 5 pounds. I have some really heavy shoes. With out the shoes usually about 2 pounds extra with all of my clothes.
