It's so cool. It has a moving angle ramp so it can work different muscles of the lower bod. I tried it out and it was super! I'm so excited - it comes next Wednesday. So, I'm back on board, folks! I'm so proud of myself!!!!! FINALLY I'm taking care of ME!!!! I don't have to leave the kids with a babysitter to go to the gym or go for a walk anymore. We're setting it up in the family room downstairs (the kids play room) so I can elliptical to my hearts content while watching the kids play. After all, it is a FAMILY room and it's time I started doing things for ME. It has finally sunk in that what my dear kids need the most is a happy, healthy Mom!!! So here's to a new bod! Here I come!
