In the overview I did of the choices (I hadn't looked at them for ages until last night) they are all made with brown rice and/or popcorn. I am going to avoid the brown rice.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!

I loooove my Ichiban! But they are HUGELY high in fat! Do they bohter any of you? I have nrver noticed much correlation...but I think I'm starting to boil the noodles, and then drain them(get out some of the fat, then put in hot new water, and then the flavor. What do you think? safe or no?

Ps- we have the same body! IBS-A, mostly C, lots of food makes me whine too!
