sounds like a great dinner

PM exercises
bakery-cafe work from 8:30-4:30
4 glasses of water

yesterday was not all that great b/c i ran out of acacia..didnt drink enough water..didnt get enough sleep and didnt go outside for a walk. the fresh air just makes things so much better also we were low on food but today is shopping day! so tomorrow will be better AND i have 2bags of acacia waiting for me at home!! yay! YAY!!!

I'm so happy for you. This is such a committment..and so hard, but you never falter, ever! Thank you so much...and again...thanks for MAKING me report in everyday!! Seems like only a little while ago you went to the living room board and asked for help to loose 40...and I insisted you report in and tell us what you ate every day..and you did that, willingly, even at the times you were sick as a dog. But here you are now, with almost double that 40 gone...........you have got to be soooo proud of yourself..and rightly so...I'll bet you have a big smile on your face ALL the time, and for good reason!!!
