BMR (+ lifestyle) 1724 + activity 105 - 350 = 1479 calorie target

Breakfast: 2 slices french toast made w/ lite bread, applesauce, 'fried' egg whites w/ marmalade, 2 tea biscuits earlier, cup of teeccino w/ non-dairy creamer & stevia = 270

AM Snacks: banana, 2 jellybeans = 120

Lunch: tuna salad, 5 ff saltine crackers, cold carrots w/ ff french dressing, water = 207

PM Snacks: pretzels, 2 hershey kisses, lemonade = 200

Dinner: spaghetti w/ meatballs, slice of bread w/ margarine, UFO = 673

Dessert: --

Drinks: no idea, but I know it wasn't nearly enough

Food & drinks total: 1470

Activity:
various chores, 15 minute walk to store and back = 105

I still have to work on getting enough vegetables, eating fewer sweets and UFOs, and drinking enough water, but I'm starting to instictively eat good portion sizes (instead of gorging myself to the point of pain or eating so little that I binge later), and I'm THRILLED about that - that was my #1 goal in watching what I eat and reporting in.

Today's goal is the water intake - at least 65oz. I've been having a lot of nausea and headaches lately, and I know it's because I got in the bad habit of not drinking enough.

I'm getting to be a pro at eating low-calorie breakfasts, I think. Heh. Well, egg whites are so low, and the lite bread I'm using is 35 calories per slice... oh, and the tea biscuits are only 16 apiece.

I probably won't eat that much too often... french toast takes too long to make in the morning!

I'm so happy for you. This is such a committment..and so hard, but you never falter, ever! Thank you so much...and again...thanks for MAKING me report in everyday!! You realize that it was almost a year ago that this all started!?!?!? This is so hard to believe....a year? really? Where did the time go? Seems like only a little while ago you went to the living room board and asked for help to loose 40...and I insisted you report in and tell us what you ate every day..and you did that, willingly, even at the times you were sick as a dog. But here you are now, with almost double that 40 gone...........you have got to be soooo proud of yourself..and rightly so...I'll bet you have a big smile on your face ALL the time, and for good reason!!!
