LOL Canned fruit. I would say to eat a baked apple over canned fruit. But Dalia is truly the expert here. Maybe you could post this on the LR...I know she posts there often.

I also took out all white flour btw. I only eat whole grains like quinoa, millet, and brown rice (IBS safe variety). I eat a ton of beans and lentils (mash em if it helps), and roasted/stemed veggies.

I'm sure Dalia can help muh more than I can as I'm still new at this.....but all I can say is I hopeyou feel good SOON!!!! *hugs*

1 cup vegetarian chili and 1 baked apple- lunch baked apple, that is a good idea.... do you really use the oven or do ya nuke it?
luna bar- snack

DH got me a chicken burrito to reheat for dinner! that was sweet...least he could do for not taking out the trash and fixin the blower!! LOL

exercise- dug out trash cans, slid under car and got trash can to curb, put out 10! empty 5 gallon water jugs as well!

I will use the elliptical machine at the house this afternoon. I'll start riding a bike again on Fri. Monday I helped friends move and even got the mattress and box spring down 2 flights of steps.. and yesterday was my first day back at work, and I walked the aisles of meijers and grocery shopped after.

I'm on day 16 no sugar! i don't even crave the stuff! Eating soooo healthy! Rice pasta, veggie soups, 1 apple, 1 pear, and a 3rd fruit every day (yesterday it was red grapes), drinking TONS of water and teas, lentils and beans, doing yoga twice a day and biking once a day....feeling GREAT (minus the migrianes...but they seemed to be triggered by the computer screen ).

Chewing my food nice and slow. Posture looking good! BMing daily (and I'm IBS C!) Lost 5 lbs in 3 weeks! Yippeeeee!

YAH RUCHIE!!

I'm not Dalia and I'm not eating the same way as you guys, I don't think, but I do count tinned/canned fruit as a serving of fruit. However, I also make sure to buy only fruit packed in pear juice... fruit packed in syrup seems more like dessert than something good for you. LOL!

But that's just me.
