22 points. I can even budget a very small snack tonight if I feel like it. I'll try not to though. I've started doing some of my gym exercises at home. A lot of them are with free weights, so I grabbed my dumbells and started working out!

Bedtime: 9 points. I've got to stop snacking at bedtime. It's a huge pitfall.

Bedtime snacking is dangerous. But you did really good up till then - I'm still proud of ya! Just work on that snacking thing!

Breakfast: oatmeal w/ canned peaches
Lunch: tuna salad on white, banana
Snacks: toast, baked beans, chocolate applesauce muffin, pretzel
Dinner: chicken stew on mashed potatoes

Food & drinks total: 1575
Fruits & veggies: peaches, banana, carrots (in stew), potatoes (x3) = 6

Activity:
nothin'!

get-healthy thing. Some of us are losing weight. Some of us are doing it using Weight Watchers, some are just watching calories. Some of us are trying to gain weight! Others are using it as motivation to exercise every day.

Me, personally, I'm trying to maintain my current weight, eat more fruits and veggies, and start exercising. Whatever your goal, you're welcome here!

I just exercised...yippee! 16 mins on the bike trainer, stretches, 30 sit ups,, and stretches! Yippee!

So what are folks doing to add fruits and veggies so far? I eat soup a LOT and an apple a day. I try and stick carrots in too. Yesterday I had tofu stir fry with some yellow and red pepper with mushroom and string beans. I took beano first and I was A-ok. Then I tried to have a few grapes after dinner...and I got gassy right on the spot

Thanks for explaining Casey *hugs* How's your web site going these days? I'm def interested in some mittens...

Love,
Ruchie

I'm glad I'm not the only one joining in. I blew it 3 days out of 3 but i'm still trying! Do what you can and formulate it in any way you want. Points or calories or just what you ate and did for exercise. Count me in- can we be buddies? Love han.
