I'm pretty sure I kept close to 20 points. Definitely not more than 25 so this is very good! I watched my portions, although I was very hungry before lunch and supper. I'm off to the gym for a workout. Good day. Feels good. Now just to avoid a snack at bedtime.....

Good job to both of you (I'm ignoring the triple chocolate thingy )!

Me
Coffee: 1
Special K Bar: 2
Asparagus: 0
Corn: 1
Barbeque Chicken (no cal sauce): 6
Cafe and Cocoa (yes, a lot of coffee today- so I guess I shouldn't be saying anything about anybody else's chocolate!!)- 2.5
handful of cheerios- 1

*MINUS* 1 point for 20 minutes on the elliptical!! It was all the time I had but it's the first time I've been to the gym in AGES!!! So I'm terribly out of shape but proud of myself for getting there.

Total: 12.5 points

Woah- that's less than I expected! But I've been feeling super cranky with myself for eating so poorly and because my size four pants I worked so hard to get into are currently tight. I guess I'm compensating for eating so badly yesterday...

Good job everyone!

I'm reporting my food without calorie totals too, because I was really busy yesterday and didn't log into Nutrawatch even once. I think I was still in the ballpark for my goals, anyway. I ate a lot of snacks, but I was very active all day yesterday.

Breakfast: oatmeal w/ chopped canned peaches
Lunch: peanut butter & jelly sandwich, banana
Snacks: 2 slices toast, luna bar, 2 big pretzels, chocolate applesauce bread, 6 cups of tea or teeccino w/ rice milk & sugar
Dinner: chicken stew on mashed potatoes

Fruits & veggies: peaches, banana, carrots (in the stew), potatoes (=3!) = 6
