Snacks: 2 big sourdough pretzels, graham crackers, a couple slices of toast
Dinner: baked chicken, a BIG sweet potato, spinach

Food & drinks total: 1584

Activity: nothin'! Every month, about 3 days after AF's visit is done with , I have a bad day of D attacks. That was today. I kept eating, but I really felt like crap, and did as little as possible today.

Woohoo! Back to reporting!

Unfortunately I can't get to my gazelle anymore as I have boxes stacked in front of it. So I'm going to go an extra day to the SJSU gym to make up for it.

My BMR = 1716 cal + 0 cal exercise - 450 cal goal = 1266 food budget

Breakfast - 127 cal cream of rice with 1 tsp fiber

Lunch - 340 cal Amy's Asian Noodle Stir Fry, banana soy pudding, and diet snapple iced tea

Dinner - 0 cal no dinner because of school.. bad Jen

Snacks (throughout the day): 551 cal diet pepsi (so mad.. machine gave me pepsi instead of my iced tea!), rice crackers, skittles, and strawberry banana peach fruit cups

Total: 1018 cal meals.. 248 cals under budget! Woohoo!

Didn't do any exercise because I got nauseous after I ate the Skittles and Diet Pepsi. Damn things were calling my name.. I swear!
