Yeah, yeah, I've been slacking on the reporting.

Breakfast: oatmeal w/ brown sugar & chopped canned peaches
Lunch: peanut butter & jelly sandwich, jar fruit medley babyfood
Snack: cherry-covered chocolate luna bar
Snack: big sourdough pretzel
Dinner: pasta w/ sauce, spinach

Food & drinks total: 1471 without any more snacks
Fruits & veggies: peaches, babyfood, spinach, tomato sauce = 4

Activity:
walked to grocery store & back = -75
stairclimbing = -51

Today I discovered that if you really want to see how out of shape you are, try climbing stairs continuously for as long as you can. I made it all of 5 minutes. How embarassing.

I know Casey.. I've been slacking too this past weekend.

Today.. hmm 8 Minute abs of course.

Breakfast- honeycomb dry

Lunch- campbells chicken and rice soup, and a few alexia oven fries with ketchup and coke.

snack- an ADB, some sweet tart vday hearts.

Dinner- I made the chicken with artichokes from the recipe board (but I hated it, way too strong tasting) and ended up having two peices of fresh sourdough boule dipped in garlic olive oil and balsamic vinegar instead.

As for the weight.. i'm feeling bigger than ever.. so I'm guessing that i've gained most of it back. Lately i've just been stuffing my face nonstop. I really have to buckle down.. esp cause vday weekend i'm going to visit the "new boy" for the weekend and I've gotta look hot.

It really, really helps to see what other people can eat and gives me courage to think about trying some new things!

Tomato sauce? wow, would have never thought you could eat that! What kind was it? Just plain without the garlic and spices added? Did you just have a little?

Tomato sauce, something to consider!

BTW, good job today! Very balanced and nutritious meals!

Tomato sauce: I always buy Ragu - it's one of the few that doesn't have oregano in it. (Oregano gives me wicked heartburn.) I try to get the Light one (Tomato & Basil is my favorite!), but our grocery store suddenly stopped carrying it... I think I got a Gardenstyle one this time.

I usually go with 1/4 cup or so on a decent portion of pasta. I don't like really saucy pasta, which probably works out better anyway. It was good! The only thing missing was the turkey meatballs... but as mentioned on the diet board, I'm too lazy on a weekday for that kind of thing.
