Kandee was asking me about it. Do you need any help compiling a list?

Just though I would put in my 2 cents:
Longhorn Steakhouse - Grilled Barbeque Chicken Sandwich Red Lobster - Snow Crab or North Pacific King Crab Legs
Soy Boy Tofu Filled Ravioli is absolutely delicious
Also I don't know if this is a good idea but maybe a cookbook list might be helpful. Two that I love besides Heather's are: Better Homes and Gardens New Dieter's Edition and Betty Crocker's Healthy New Choices

Hey Natalie!
Here's an old thread of fav cookbooks, if you want to add them to the list. Cookbooks No one's added any in awhile. I bet others (Kree ) would have great new additions also!

I haven't taken any of this info off the board to put on an html page yet. Take me out back and slap me, I deserve it.

You could go out in the garden and eat worms.

This sounds great! It would be such a big help to so many of us, especially the new people like me that are just now starting the diet. ( I just hope I will be able to find some here in Mexico) That is the hard part finding the things they carry in the US. Cheers! Masayo

My most favorite thing to eat is Pepperidge farm plain bagels- they have a good amount of soluble fiber, are very low in fat, and taste yummy. I sometimes make them with natural peanut butter to add some protein.

Are worms low in fat and nonsoluble fiber?
