hi;i am still having trouble going between acacia and bread. I like having some bread with meals, and nothing does it for me llke french or sourdoughbread. Also I can't get used to just hsving the acacia, but if I keep with it, I suppoose I shall have to get used to it.

you can't have acacia and bread at the same time? I was unaware. Why is this?

hI; according to HEATHER, ACACIA is just like bread so you don't really need to hsve bread as well. I personally would rather eat bread than take as supplement though.

Have both! More soluble fibre isn't going to hurt you (as long as you're not planning to eat a whole loaf in one go !).
