trapped air complication, any successsful remedies?

diagnosed with IBS about 2 months ago. Life has suddenly been altered. I sympathize for all sufferers, may GOD have mercy! Thanks to heathers blessed info., i've gotten stomach pain and urgency manageable by way of her fiber and mint oil caps. However I would appreciate any advise on managing trapped air. since acquiring IBS, i noticed that i go through entire day without passing any air, not sure why, suppose has to do with motility. I dont feel bloated until after dinner, around 5 or 6pm; Suffering starts here. From 9 (bed time) till 11 or 12 midnight, im finally able to slowly rid of enough gas and urine, to be able to sleep. I,ve tried fennel,mint, chamomile teas, gas x, but nothing has helped. blessings for everyone.
