Anyone try chickpea pasta with success? Got it from Costco - I was able to eat it before my tummy problems.

ingredients: chickpeas, tapioca, pea protein, xanthan gum.
Afraid to eat due to chickpeas only allowed in small amounts.

Hi - are you sensitive to the FODMAPS in chickpeas in particular? If you're not, try the pasta cautiously. Chickpeas have lots of soluble fiber, which is a good thing.
