I found this online and it contains FODMAP grocery list some of the "forbidden" foods (avodado, broccoli, raisins, beets, peas?) in limited quantities. What do you think about this?

I know of Kate SCarlata's site. I would be careful of the foods she lists that are to be eaten in limited quantities until you know you can handle them.
