Has anyone tried it? My husband saw it in the store the other day and told me about it. I drink Silk soy and Almond milk and love them both. I would be very interested in trying the coconut milk. It is always nice to have an additional drink alternative.

Unfortunately it's pretty high in fat, so would not be safe to just drink as milk. Perhaps in a smoothie with a lot of banana?

I've tried the coconut milk yogurt and, as you might expect, reacted pretty badly to it

Thanks for the heads-up, I shall not try the coconut milk, will stick to the tried & true Silk Soy Lite, Almond & Chocolate! IBS-D

I looked it up on line and the Silk brand has 5 grams of fat per serving. It is saturated fat, which is something that I try to avoid.

Something about the kind of saturated fat in coconut is very healthy, everyone is into coconut oil now a days. But we still have to watch the total fat.
