Regimint/Simethicone?

just wondering if anyone has taken regimint and what effect it had on you,or who has taken simethicone gas relief capsules and what effect did it have on you? or if u took booth regimint and simethicone capsules or what combination of supplements or times taken greatly helped you..

if u haven't heart of regimint..could u google it and get back to me and let le know what effect u think it will have on actual d or pheudo d? thank u

I've had simethicone in the form of gas-x. Not too helpful for me.

Simethicone can be ok. I take it very seldom. I think that makes it work better. It seems to make me burp out the gas. I think it is better for upper gas rather than lower gas. It isn't super helpful but something to use in a pinch (like when at an important event).
