Constipation After Stomach Virus

After being stable all this time, I've been knocked back on my rear end. I had a stomach virus over the weekend & couldn't keep anything down. I also had diarrhea, so my system was completely empty at the worst part. But I haven't had a bowel movement since Sunday evening. I am keeping hydrated, no problems urinating; just no BM's. Any suggestions?

That is a long time.  I had D Sunday evening too and had a BM Wed AM. That was long for me. Hydration is good, what about your SFS intake? I would up it for a short time.

IBS-A for 20 years with terrible bloating and gas. On the diet since April 2004. Remember this from Heather's information pages:
"You absolutely must eat insoluble fiber foods, and as much as safely possible, but within the IBS dietary guidelines. Treat insoluble fiber foods with suitable caution, and you'll be able to enjoy a wide variety of them, in very healthy quantities, without problem." Please eat IF foods!
