I actually went out to a pub last night to meet some co-workers to watch a hockey game! It's the first time I've been out to eat anywhere since I started this diet (not including the steakhouse I went to 5 days in when I was still cheating anyway). I had a grilled teriyaki chicken burger and asked them to hold the cheese. Forgot to ask them to hold the mayo, but I managed to scrape most of it off anyway. I was fine last night and so far, so good this morning! There's hope!!!

IBS-A since age 12, and fructose sensitive; with the exception of my pregnancy, have been following Heather's diet since Nov. 19, 2007.
Taking 12g of Acacia per day. Relatively stable since March 2008!

I'm so happy for you! You go, girl. Even though some mayos don't contain milk, they do have egg yolks and HFCS in it. I can tolerate egg yolk and HFCS, but not the milk. So, good job! And remember that it's ok to send the order back if they screw up. Even if they get mad.
