in Kellogg's Rice Krispies and Corn Flakes

I understand there is an HFCS free Corn Flakes available at some HFS but I have never purchased it.

That might just mean there aren't many ingredients. Like, it could be 98% the first two ingredients, and then just a little sugar. Better, and more accurate, to go by grams per serving.

I eat puffed amaranth with unsweetened almond milk and lots of berries (frozen blueberries or strawberries). The berries give it the flavor so I don't miss the sugar too much (there's no sugar in the cereal or milk).

You could do this with any puffed cereal, puffed rice, millet, corn etc. You can find them at health food stores and they don't have added sugars.

The real problem is defining what a 'sugary cereal' is. For me any cereal that contains sugar or HFCS is a 'sugary cereal' even if it contains 2 gr/serving.

Peanut Butter Cap'n Crunch is my cereal of choice for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or even as a snack! I eat it with Vanilla Soy Milk (8th Continent).
