Hello everyone....I feel like I am going crazy having to eat every 2 hours but at the same time I am afraid that if I don't eat every 2 hours I will not maintain my already low weight. Any suggestions. Also I feel sick a lot after eating so eating every 2 hours almost guarantees I am sick at least once a day.

I feel like I am always eating and always hungry. even after eating a big meal, I feel like I need something else. I usually pack granola bars with me and I try to eat around every 3-4 hours instead of 2.

You have to eat every 2 hours because why???

From a general health and IBS standpoint, yes, it is more beneficial to eat several smaller meals throughout the day, but it's not necessary to be regimental with it.
Grazing is also really good. Do you work at a place where you can be constantly drinking or nibbling something?
I always used to have a large thermos of hot peppermint tea and drank that and sipped water throughout the day. Also, fat free saltines (soda crackers) were an awesome staple, plain hot rice, applesauce cups, bread, lots of soluble fibre. Low fat peanut butter is a great protein to keep you from being hungry, and if you have small portions, it's healthy to maintain muscle and won't upset your IBS. Make sure your snacks aren't too large. If they're too large, and they make you sick, that's not going to help your weight either.

I always feel the sickest when I eat too much at a time. Also, I've recently learned that I do much better with unprocessed foods. Start with peppermint tea, then a SF and then something else small. See if that helps at all.
