I have been getting spasms around 4:30 am every morning. I get up at 5:00 for work but the spasms are waking me up at this time on weekends as well. What do you guys do before bed. Do you take SFS or any other hints. I take Natural calm but that is all for right now. Take care, andrew

Heather says that if the AM is a problem for you then to take your Acacia right before going to bed at night. Are you eating something right before laying down?

I have had the same problem in the past, and I think I traced it to not drinking enough water during the day. I started to drink more, espcially when I took the fiber, and they stopped.

I've been taking a peppermint cap before bed for the last week or so to head of any morning pains. It seems to be working for me. Prior to that, I would drink chamomile tea before bed if I felt the morning would be problematic or take a dicyclomine.
