I just made it using the vegan egg replacements (figured out what the equivlent was just by doin a little math haha) and it tastes PHENOMENOL!!!!!
Just thought id let you all know in case you havent tried it before. I dont cook or bake EVER so im excited that i made something so tasty all by myself! ha

Ditto!!! It is so wonderfully sweet, but not too much, and light. I've made 3 loaves since I started the diet, and it really is practically my favorite bread ever! Lately, I've been spreading raspberry jam on it...yum  Of course, I have to be careful because its so tasty that I occassionally overdo it, hehe

Is the recipe on this site? Or in one of the books? Oops, just did a search and I see that it's in the EFI book. I'll try this one soon.
