Long road back!

I slowly ended up in deep water concerning my IBS diet. Gradually adding unsafe foods until I feel like the first day I started Heather's plan over 2 yrs ago. To jump start my plan I went back and reread all of the information on this website. There were some foods I didn't go back to like red meat or egg yolks but the cheese killed me. Also I drifted into lazyness with processed foods. My weight is creeping up on me also! YUK  Heather has given me such valuable tools to fight this disorder and all I have to do is hit the restart button with a sincere desire to get better. Glad your all still here!

Gosh franny, I wish you all the best in your venture. It is so very difficult when you work around people who order cheese pizza or lunch and huge salads and tacos.....and when you try to explain to them you just can't eat this kind of stuff, they look at you like your an idiot.

I've been there. For me the problem is that once I feel better for a while it's easy to forget how miserable I was pre-Heather. Good luck hitting "Restart".
