Hi, littlebear,

Thanks... well, I still haven't dared to eat peppers really (since stable). Where do you get a vegan pizza, btw? Do they sell them in grocery stores, or do you go to a special place?

Thanks for the input. I will surely try a little peppers with a safe meal.

Yes, I found a jar with roasted red peppers. When I think about it...occasionally I eat a spread made of red peppers and tomatoes and things like that (but it's a spread, they are all pureed into a paste, plus you spread it on bread, so end up eating very little) without problems... I hope peppers that were not pureed (but still cooked) will not be a problem either

I have a particularly hard time with green bell peppers. Much worse than any kind of red peppers.
