Fennel Tea Bags and gas

Yesterday was my first try at the Fennel Tea Bags (tastes great!) and I had a question. Has anyone else experienced major gas? I do have to say I woke up today MUCH less bloated, but still really gassy. Does it let up as time goes on with use? Thanks! Also I had more than one glass cause it was good, do you start out with less?

Lainey, today i am purchasing fennel tea bags. i can't seem to find fennel at the grocery store or trader joes. can you suggest a chain store?

Sure, I couldn't find them at Trader or any health store either. I purchased it from Heather. Click on Tummy teas and you can order from there. I actually called and ordered and spoke to a lovely girl. The order came fast too! Tea tastes great.

My quick fix is a heating pad (or cat or both) on my belly. My long-term fix is to always get enough SF in my diet, and sleep and stress relief in my life. Oh, and drink *something* all day long, whether it's water or tea.
