But I doubt it. So I'm due for the test shortly. I'm still willing to look at my food plan and see maybe I need to subdivide my meals? Keep in mind I can only eat 1 c/meal without getting sick. Any suggestions? breakfast 9-930a protein shake w/ 2 g SFS and random fruits and protein powder w/ ricemilk. About 12 oz. lunch 12-1230p 1 c of leftovers sometimes very light, such as rice cakes, depending on mood snack 3p random leftovers or perhaps another protein shake dinner 6-7p SF w/ IF of some sort. Don't know how helpful. I also take 2g SFS w/ each meal and 1 course SFS randomly. Just cut out a meal and that helps w/ the delayed gastric emptying. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks much. Like you, I also have gastroparesis in addition to the ibs. There is lots of information there on gastroparesis. I think most do not have too much luck with only zelnorm when it is not coupled with anything else. Have you tried reglan or domperidone?
