I can get sloppyish sometimes from too much wholegrain or something but last night was that kind of D that everyone in the house can hear but there is no way of making it quiet! so embarrassing! hahahhahaha...I ate carefully yesterday. and anyway, when I eat a trigger it makes me C usually or bloated and nauseaous...not D like that. I thought I had a bug or something, it was that strong...but felt fine a little while later and no fever or anything... -------------------- Feel the fear and do it anyway!
