Irritable Bowel Syndrome Message Boards | Common Abbreviations and Explanations

A while ago I was trying to make a list of all the abbreviations we use so they can go in a sticky post for new users. Here's what we came up with. If anyone wants to add anything, please say so!

A / IBS-A= alternating between D & C
ADBs = Anti-Depressant Brownies (see recipe Index).
a-d's / anti-d's = anti-depressants
AFAIK = As Far As I Know
BF = Boyfriend
BM = Bowel Motion
BMR = Body Mass Ratio
BTC = Breaking The Cycle
BTW = By the way
bump = bringing the message to the top so more people see it
C / IBS-C = Constipation
CBINBS = Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray
CFS = Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
D / IBS-D = Diarrhea
DB = Darling Boyfriend
DH = Darling Husband
DHTB = Darling Husband To Be
DIL = Daughter in law
FF = Fat Free
Fibro = Fibromyalgia Syndrome
Fog/fogged = the mental fog of Fibromyalgia sufferers
FWIW = For what it's worth
Frog/frogged = refering to being "Fibro-frogged", our variation on the term "Fibro-fogged".
GI = Gastro-intestinal (ie. to do with your digestive system) AS WELL AS Gastro-Intestinal doctor
HFCS = High-fructose corn syrup (a trigger)
HFS = Health Food Store

SS = Sara-Sage, the username of Tina
UFO = Unidentified Food Object.
UTI = Urinary Tract Infection
WTEWYCEA = What To Eat When You Can't Eat Anything
