When I come to the Recipe Board to read the delicious-sounding recipes everyone has posted, I like knowing that they're already IBS-safe. Maybe each of us has slightly different triggers, but in general, someone else has already done the major revisions needed to make each recipe IBS-safe. I'd like to keep it that way, unless you're posting a recipe that you need help revising. Thanks, all.
(And if you need help remembering what makes a recipe safe, think: no red meat, dairy, high-fat foods, caffeine, alcohol, or excessive insoluble fiber. Heather has further guidelines on the general message boards page.)
