Is the pumpkin apple spice bread that is in the IBS cookbook freeze well? It does not say so in the book.

I've frozen the pumpkin bread a couple of times and haven't had a problem. The zuchinni bread on the other hand always tastes dried out after I've frozen it.

When I freeze my breads, I let them cool completely, then wrap them first in wax paper, then in aluminum foil. I put them in a food storage bag and freeze them. When I take them out of the freezer, I leave them in the bag, aluminum foil, and wax paper, and put them in the fridge. This seems to keep the zucchini bread reasonably moist although not as moist as the pumpkin apple spice bread.

Yup, I've frozen this one several times.
