I love jello, but am unsure if it is a safe food for us IBS sufferers. Has anyone been able to eat it and not have any cramping etc. afterwards? I especially like the raspberry flavor and used to eat it all the time, but have not dared to try it for quite a while now...

regular Jell-o is good. I have not had any problems with it... just don't do the sugar-free stuff (it is EVIL!)

That is good to know. I will try some tonight. Thanks for the good news and yes I will stay away from the sugar-free ones.
