I have a couple of questions, i was diagnosed with IBS about two years ago, before the diagonsis i was really sick and weigh like 125 pds ( im about 5'8) so I was pretty thin, after reading Heathers book and starting to follow the diet I gained every ounce back from prior to being diagonsis. I am now trying to exercise five or six days a week, Im using the Turbo Jam tapes that incorporate cardio and strength training. I started about three weeks ago just going a twenty minute tape before work every morning but that didnt help with any weight loss, so now Im doing the forty five minute tape but I need some suggustions on my diet. I pretty much only eat chicken and turkey, Im really not into eating alot of veggies, though Im tryin. I dont know if I should be logging everything down or what... Im so confused.... Im a complete carb addict, so is that why i gained all of this back and cant get any to leave?
