Do you guys recommend? You seem to be aiming high!

And I drink decaf black tea or rooibos with soy milk. Does this count for anything or is a "negative" like in the days when I drank coffee and had to have an extra glass of water to make up for each coffee?

I drink about 2 litres a day, plus some teas. I run quite a bit, though, so I probably need to drink a lot.

I aim for 2 litres as well, but tend to get in about 1.5 litres, plus 2 maybe 3 cups of peppermint/fennel or ginger tea, so I guess thats about 2!

There's a specific formula for it, but I can't remember what it is... darn brain. I'm sure someone else will know what I'm talking about. I basically just aim to be drinking from the time I wake up till the time I go to bed, and that ranges from 60-90oz, depending on what time I crash at night.

Herbal teas count, black tea (even decaf) does not. Other liquids you consume during the day, like soup, also count.

So, if I've calculated this correctly, at 114 pounds I should be drinking 57 fl oz? Is that right? Maths was never my strong suite??

I'll have to wait till I get home and can check my Delia to work out the metric conversion.

I just had a quick go on Google and found this.... web page So that means I'm currently drinking 70.57 fl oz a day, which is nicely over the recommendations!!
