I have been hearing a lot about Freekah.. has anyone tried this before? Is it a "bad" grain for those of us with IBS or a good one? I keep hearing a lot about its fiber content but I am not sure if it is more soluble or insoluble.

Any help would be appreciated
Thanks!

All I had to do was look it up on wikipedia, NOT GOOD for this site's diet at all where you need a higher ratio of soluble with the insoluble, as in regular white wheat bread, i.e. no whole wheat in the ingredients:
"Freekeh has several nutritional attributes that are comparable to other cereal foods.[7] Freekeh has at least four times as much fiber as some other comparable grains, consisting mostly of insoluble fiber. It also has a low glycemic index so is suitable for managing diabetes"
