"Oatmeal Flour"

Does anyone know if there is a difference between oat flour and oatmeal flour? I do very well with oats and oat flour. I found a bread at Whole Foods with Oatmeal Flour, water, salt and baking soda as the only ingredients. It sounds great, as I avoid wheat and all gluten free breads seem to have funky additives. I just want to make sure that oatmeal flour wouldn't be higher in IF than oat flour, and that it's just a difference in wording. Thank you very much to anyone who knows!
