Help me out with this acacia???

I'm upping myself to one whole tsp at a time, several times a day, which will put me up into the TBS range by the end of day... working up gradually here.

But when I put in 1 whole tsp, even if I put it in the juice and put a lid on and shake like mad... it STILL clumps up and I'm still getting a HUGE lump of it in the bottom of the glass.

Is there a better way to do this? Warm liquid? What? THX!!

Stirring with a fork or mini-whisk will work better than shaking.

What I do is this...
- put the Acacia in first.
- add a little liquid and stir until dissolved,
- THEN add the rest of the liquid.

Oh, and cold liquid seems to be better than warm. It's a very similar powder to cornflour (used for thickening sauces, etc....what's it called over there...???)
