I found this brand on Amazon, and when I went back to reorder, to my dismay, they were no longer available. Thank GOD for this website, your products are truly phenomenal! My issue is IBSD, which I never knew existed, and this is self diagnosis, since not one Dr./gastrointestinal or otherwise could tell me nothing. My weight has increased dramatically since this happened and no matter what I do, even with this issue, and exercise with one to two meals per day, the weight just keeps coming. | I have been using Heather's Tummy Fiber for a while and it has worked for me. Still have a flare up now and then, maybe stress, maybe I ate the wrong thing. I tried Metamucil in the past and it was way too harsh for my system. Will stick with Heather's Tummy Fiber. | |

| The new option to buy in bulk directly on the website is perfect. I keep fennel tea bags in several places, work, home, purse and it is very convinient to replenish all at once. I felt bad throwing away beautiful tins before, but now I can keep them and just refill. The tea itself is very strong and it helps tremendously. I do not go to bed without drinking it, and often have it after big meal at friends house or at work. Heather's team is very responsive, I've asked questions several times and always get great answer helping me manage tummy discomfort. I am not diagnosed with IBS, but used to have acid reflux very often. Now that I follow Heather's recommendations which foods to avoid and drinking fennel tea regularly I do not experience that much discomfort and can allow to indulge time to time. Thank you! | |

| My diet was mostly greens and fruits and I was so constipated I never heard of soluble vs insoluble fibers. Acacia Senegal with a greater portion of soluble fibers and less insoluble fiber really helps me digest more easily with less bloating and intestines to bowels are moving happily with more ease.
