Fennel's primary volatile oils are are anethole, fenchone, and estragole. Anethole is known to have a relaxing effect on the intestine. Fennel also has antioxidant and antimicrobial properties.

|I have better control over how I feel.
|I did discover that the fennel tea does not agree with me. The peppermint oil soft gels have been a god send. If it was not for your list of what to eat and what not to eat I don't know what I'd do. I had been trying everything I knew how and it was not working. A million and 1 thank yous.
