So I've been practicing yoga for a week now and I must admit I do feel better than I did before I started! I got a yoga mat and a few DVD's as a gift and I was wondering if any of you have suggestions for other beginner DVD's that would be good for me to try.
So far I've tried "Yoga for Dummies" and the "Gaiam AM and PM Yoga". Any suggestions would be great!
