Hello Everyone,
Believe me, not that I think that you were all holding your breath waiting for my return to the boards but between switching internet providers, new email, opening my own studio and everything else, getting a chance to log in hasn't been easy.
But, I am finally back and able to access the boards once more and will do my best to help answer any questions that may post here. I will not always have the answers but I am willing to share what I do know.
Also, I have had IBS for the past 18 years and I am currently on a macrobiotic diet (for the past week) due to the fact that my IBS was in full blown attack mode and I have to say that I haven't felt this good in YEARS!!!
More on this later, but for now hope you are all well, doing some yoga and breathing.
