Is there a good video that someone can suggest that doesn't have the... spiritual aspects in it? I like the idea of yoga -- but all that talk about lights inside us saluting each other -- and aligning our spirits and that kind of thing just makes me feel funny and uncomfortable. I would like just a plain old working out video without the meditation and that kind of thing. Does anyone know of one?
