Hi - exercise in general is very good for your digestive health, and a great way to help keep your IBS stable. Check a past IBS Newsletter for details web page

You might find that exercise that incorporates more relaxation and meditation, like yoga, is more helpful than the stationary bike or running. Also, if you're feeling unstable, keep your exercise gentle instead of intense.
